About the team
The growth team at LinkUp is made up of highly motivated individuals working in direct sales, sales enablement, business development, and partnerships. We work closely with clients and prospects to democratize our data and the solutions and insights that flow from it. We work with human capital management, enterprise and corporate, academic, and the capital markets to successfully leverage the unique aspects of our employment market data.
About this Role
As the Human Capital Management (HCM) Account Executive at LinkUp, you are an experienced seller and data expert. You will be responsible for helping to grow our client base with a focus on staffing, RPOs, job boards and search sites, as well as all other human capital management solutions providers (payroll, workforce planning, people analytics)
Key Responsibilities
- Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Be the subject matter expert on LinkUp’s value and dataset to HCM buyers
- Provide prospect and customer specific tech demos in support of client business cases
- Understand and service our customers needs' to ensure customer happiness and drive future renewals
- Create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships across accounts
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S undergraduate degree
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise B-to-B sales
- Experience working at or with HCM solutions provider companies or similar roles
- Knowledge of labor market data and the existing ecosystems
- Strong understanding of big data technologies and/or alternative data strongly desired
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to hit the ground running and drive impact
- Experience working in an agile environment, startup experience preferred.
- Good organizational skills and strong detail-orientation.
- Understands the value of winning together - team attitude
- Up to 20% travel should be expected.
